Your Depression Support Pathway

1. Free 20-Minute Consultation

Start with a free, no-pressure call with one of our experienced mental health practitioners. We’ll listen to what you’re going through and help match you with the most suitable therapy or therapist for your needs — whether that’s CBT, EMDR, or a more holistic approach.

2. Initial Assessment with Your Therapist

Your first session is a 50-minute assessment with your matched therapist. This gives you space to explore your symptoms, triggers, and goals. Together, you’ll start to build a personalised plan to help you manage depression more effectively.

3. Ongoing Therapy Sessions

Continue working with the same therapist, with sessions tailored to your progress and preferences. Whether your focus is self-esteem, sleeping better, or improving day-to-day resilience, we’ll be with you every step of the way.

Treatment for Depression

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution for depression — which is why we take a personalised, whole-health approach. Whether you're feeling flat, overwhelmed, or stuck in a cycle of low mood, we’ll work with you to find support that fits your life and goals.

Your treatment plan may include:

  • CBT and Talking Therapy – Evidence-based approaches to help challenge unhelpful thoughts, process difficult feelings, and build healthier coping strategies

  • EMDR Therapy – Particularly helpful if depression is linked to trauma or overwhelming life events

  • Psychiatry – A consultant psychiatrist can assess whether medication may help ease symptoms and support your recovery

  • Nutritional Therapy – Depression can affect (and be affected by) appetite, energy, and gut health. Our nutrition team can support your mood and wellbeing through tailored advice

  • Fitness Coaching – Movement can be a powerful tool in managing depression. Our coaches offer gentle, supportive plans to help rebuild energy, motivation, and routine

We’ll help you create a treatment plan that feels manageable, realistic, and grounded in what’s important to you — so you can start feeling more like yourself, one step at a time.
