Your Anxiety Support Pathway
1. Free 20-Minute Consultation
Start with a free, no-pressure call with one of our experienced mental health practitioners. We’ll listen to what you’re going through and help match you with the most suitable therapy or therapist for your needs — whether that’s CBT, EMDR, or a more holistic approach.
2. Initial Assessment with Your Therapist
Your first session is a 50-minute assessment with your matched therapist. This gives you space to explore your symptoms, triggers, and goals. Together, you’ll start to build a personalised plan to help you manage anxiety more effectively.
3. Ongoing Therapy Sessions
Continue working with the same therapist, with sessions tailored to your progress and preferences. Whether your focus is reducing panic, managing social anxiety, or improving day-to-day resilience, we’ll be with you every step of the way.
Treatment for Anxiety
Anxiety affects both the mind and body, which is why we offer a whole-health approach to treatment. At Matter of Health, you won’t find a one-size-fits-all plan — instead, we tailor your support to suit your needs, lifestyle, and goals.
Your treatment plan may include:
Talking Therapy – Our therapists offer CBT, EMDR, counselling and other evidence-based approaches to help you manage anxiety, reduce overthinking, and build confidence.
Psychiatry – If needed, one of our consultant psychiatrists can assess whether medication might help, and guide you through safe, personalised options.
Nutritional Therapy – Food and mood are closely linked. Our nutrition team can help you understand how diet affects anxiety, and support your energy, sleep, and gut health.
Fitness Coaching – Regular movement can ease symptoms of anxiety by regulating your nervous system. We offer structured, manageable fitness plans tailored to your ability and mental state.
Anxiety is manageable — and you don’t have to face it alone. We’re here to help you feel more in control, more resilient, and more like yourself.
