Meet One of Our Consultant Adults Psychiatrists
“Many adults come to me feeling like they’ve been swimming upstream their entire lives — always trying harder, yet somehow falling short. An ADHD assessment isn’t about labels; it’s about understanding how your brain is wired and giving you the tools and insight to finally work with it, rather than against it.”
— Dr Islam Heliel, Consultant Adult Psychiatrist

What happens in an ADHD Assessment?
Your online ADHD assessment will be with a friendly, specialist psychiatrist who takes the time to really understand your experiences. You'll talk through your symptoms, complete some simple questionnaires, and explore whether ADHD could be the cause of the challenges you're facing.
If a diagnosis is made, we’ll explain your options clearly — from medication to therapy and lifestyle support. Our goal is to give you answers and help you move forward with confidence.
Treatment and Support for Adult ADHD
With the right support, ADHD can be managed effectively.
Medication can improve focus, reduce impulsivity, and support better attention — and your psychiatrist will guide you through safe and appropriate options. But medication is just one part of the picture.
CBT, ADHD coaching, and talking therapy can help with time management, emotional regulation, and building confidence. We also offer nutritional therapy and fitness training to support energy, mood, and mental clarity — helping you care for your mind and body.
Together, these approaches can make a big difference in how you manage ADHD and how you feel in daily life.
